Cooking Raffaello appetizer with crab sticks:
Step 1: prepare the cheese.

Step 4: prepare olives with nuts.
Put the shelled walnuts on a cutting board. Cut the kernels so that you get oblong pieces that are suitable in size to the olives of your choice.
Open the jar of olives and, holding the contents with a spoon, drain the water. Now they need to be stuffed with walnuts. To do this, get olives one at a time and simply carefully insert the nut into the hole that remains after removing the seed.
Step 5: create a snack.
Mix cheese with mayonnaise and garlic mass. If you grated the cheese on a fine grater, just mix everything well, if not, put the whole mixture in a blender and grind it. In any case, as a result, you should get a mass that is almost uniform in consistency, which easily holds its shape. If necessary, you can add a couple more tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Place grated crab sticks on a cutting board.
Moisten your hands slightly and, scooping up some cheese mass, blind a cake out of it. Place in the very center of the olive stuffed with a nut and with your second hand blind the edges together, giving the mass the shape of a ball. At the end, carefully roll the cheese stock in chopped crab sticks so that they fit tightly around it on all sides. When all the "Raffaello" are formed, put them beautifully on the dish and proceed to serve the finished snack to the table.
Step 6: serve the appetizer.
That's all, your cheese snack with a delicious surprise inside is completely ready. Garnish the dish with her leaves of fresh herbs, slices of lemon or small tomatoes. For convenience, you can also stick a toothpick in each ball, so that it would be more convenient for guests to take them without dirtying their hands.
