Ingredients for Cooking Beetroot Pancakes
- Milk 300-350 ml
- Baked beets 100 g
- Flour 200 g

Cooking beetroot pancakes:
Wrap beets in foil and bake at 200 degrees for about 1 hour. Baking time depends on the size of the beets. Cool the beets, peel, chop the blender, set aside.
Beat the eggs with a mixer.
Add sugar, salt, 200 ml of milk, mix with a mixer.
Add beets, mix with a mixer.
Add in parts flour and a third tsp. soda, knead the dough, according to the consistency of sour cream.
Add 1 cl. l olive oil, mix with a mixer, let it brew for 20 minutes.
Dilute the dough in two three doses with 100 ml of milk, mix. Let the dough stand for 20 minutes.
If necessary, grease the pan with old bacon or vegetable oil.
Bake pancakes in a heated pan on both sides. Grease the finished pancakes with butter. Enjoy your meal!
