Crab salad with olives


Ingredients for Cooking Crab Salad with Olives

  1. Frozen crab sticks 15 pieces

Cooking crab salad with olives:

Step 1: prepare the chicken eggs.


We lay the eggs in a medium saucepan and completely fill with ordinary cold water. Then put the container on medium heat and bring the contents to a boil. Immediately after that we detect 10 minutes and boil hard-boiled eggs.
After the allotted time, turn off the burner, and use the kitchen tacking pot to rearrange the pan into the sink under a stream of cold water. Let the components cool completely. So it will be easier to remove the shell from them.

Next, lay the peeled eggs on a cutting board and, using a knife, finely chop into cubes. Pour the crushed component into a free plate.

Step 2: prepare the crab sticks.


Usually crab sticks are sold frozen, so I advise you to get it out of the freezer in advance and put it on a clean plate. Let them reach room temperature without outside help.
Then, using a knife, we clear them of the protective film and move them to a cutting board. We chop the components in small pieces and then transfer them back to the plate.

Step 3: prepare the olives.


We put the olives on a cutting board and cut into thin rings with a knife. Then pour the crushed components into a free plate and leave it for a while aside.

Step 4: prepare the dill.


We wash the dill well under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and then pour into a free plate.

Step 5: prepare canned corn.


With a can opener open a can of corn. Then the contents of the container are thrown back into a colander and briefly left alone. Let the excess liquid in which it was previously stored drains from the component.

Step 6: prepare a crab salad with olives.


In a large bowl we spread ingredients such as chopped crab sticks, boiled eggs, canned corn, olive rings and finely chopped dill. Now add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is formed. Everything, the salad is ready! It remains only to pour it into a salad bowl or a special dish and serve it at the dinner table.

Step 7: serve the crab salad with olives.


Ready-made crab salad can be served immediately at the dining table. The dish is very tender and delicious! In addition, it is quite satisfying, so you can easily offer it to friends and family as the main meal for dinner. If desired, this salad is placed on the festive table and decorated with fresh herbs. Enjoy it!

Recipe Tips:

- in addition to the ingredients indicated in the recipe, you can also add pickled white onions, fresh cucumbers to the salad, 1/3 cup boiled rice and much more to your taste;

- to prevent the dish from flowing, be sure to season it with mayonnaise with a high percentage of fat content. For example, 67%;

- such a salad can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than two days;

- for simplicity, one clove of garlic and a mixture of ground peppers are also added to the dish;

- who does not like dill, you can easily replace it with fresh parsley or even do without greens.
