Ingredients for making pork in soy sauce

Cooking pork in soy sauce:

Step 1: Prepare the pork.

To prepare this dish, choose only fresh pork pulp, without pits and veins, but the fat this time can be left. Rinse the meat and dry it with disposable paper towels. Cut the pork into small cubes, so that each, as they say, is one bite.

Step 2: marinate the pork.

Put the pieces of meat in a deep plate and fill with soy sauce, mix thoroughly to spread the marinade over the entire surface. Refrigerate pork for at least 30-40 minutes. During this time, she should have time to soak in the sauce, and, accordingly, become softer.

Step 3: Prepare the onion and garlic.

Peel the onions and garlic cloves, rinse with cool running water and dry. Onions are best cut into half rings, and garlic into thin slices, but in no case do not rub it or pass through a press.

Step 4: Cook the pork in soy sauce.

Heat the pan and heat vegetable oil in it. Put the pork soaked in marinade and pour in the soy sauce in which it was. Cover everything and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. The meat should change color. Also, do not forget to sometimes turn the pork so that it does not burn. Then add onion and garlic to the pan, mix again and continue to simmer again 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour a teaspoon of starch into a glass of water and mix very carefully. Pour the resulting mixture into a pan with meat, pour the dried herbs and sesame seeds there. Stir all the ingredients. And once again covering the dish, continue to cook the pork in soy sauce yet 20-25 minutes over a small fire. You will see that after this time, part of the liquid will evaporate, leaving pieces of pork in a thick sauce. The dish will be ready as soon as the meat is soft and juicy.

Step 5: Serve the pork in soy sauce.

Serve pork in soy sauce as a hot dish, adding a side dish of boiled rice, steamed vegetables or mashed potatoes. Pour the meat abundantly with the liquid that has accumulated in the pan and call as soon as possible to the table until the dish has cooled. Enjoy the savory taste of hearty homemade food.
