Inventory:

Baking tray, kitchen towel, rolling pin, baking paper, stewpan, kitchen potholders for hot, grater, knife, cutting board, deep plate - 2 pieces, meat grinder, disposable paper towels.

Cooking meatloaf with cheese:

Step 1: Prepare the veal.

Rinse the veal flesh thoroughly, and then wipe off with disposable towels to remove excess moisture. Be sure to remove the films and excess fat, if any. Try to also avoid the entry of blood vessels or veins. After washing, the veal needs to be cut into small pieces, and then rolled through a meat grinder, and, since this type of meat is tender and juicy on its own, once is enough.

Step 2: Prepare the loaf.

Warm the milk in a saucepan, and cut the loaf into halves. After placing the bread in a deep bowl, fill it with warm milk. Now wait a little while it is soaked, it will become loose and sprawling, and drain the excess milk by gently squeezing the swollen flesh of bread.

Step 3: Prepare the minced meat.

In the same plate in which you soaked the loaf, mix the flesh of the bread, before scrolling through the meat grinder, and veal. Add two chicken eggs to this mixture, salt to taste and pour in dried herbs. Mix the minced meat properly to make a completely homogeneous mass. For convenience, you can mix everything with your hands slightly moistened in cool water.

Step 4: Prepare the filling.

When you cook the minced meat, grasp the filling. Grind the cheese first with a fine or medium grater. Peel the garlic cloves and cut into very small pieces. Also, if you do not have grated walnuts, then take whole, of course, peeled, and chop them in a blender. Rinse the greens of cilantro and dill with warm water, wipe off excess moisture and chop like finely chopped garlic with a kitchen knife. In the end, just mix together all the ingredients, add mayonnaise. You can add salt, but for my taste, cheese and mayonnaise are quite salty on their own.

Step 5: Form the roll.

Place the minced meat on parchment paper or on a clean and damp kitchen towel. Cover it with baking paper on top and flatten with a rolling pin, turning the mass into a neat rectangle. Remove the top layer of paper.
With a regular tablespoon, put the filling on the veal minced layer, slightly departing from the edge on all sides.
To form a roll, lift one of the long edges of the towel or paper on which the minced meat lies, and pull, rolling the meat toward the center. As a result, you should get a kind of sausage with a filling in the center. Protect the protruding edges and other irregularities with your hands dampened in clean water.

Step 6: Bake the meatloaf with cheese.

Gently, so as not to break, put the roll on a greased baking sheet. And put everything in preheated to 170-180 degrees the oven. Cooking time for such a roll is approximately 1 hour, depending on the capabilities of your oven. During baking, the meat is covered with an appetizing golden crust, the cheese inside will melt, and the garlic and herbs will give a wonderful appetizing aroma.

Step 7: Serve the meatloaf with cheese.

Serve the meatloaf with cheese hot by presenting it with a side dish of boiled potatoes, baked vegetables or a fresh salad of boiled eggs, mayonnaise and green onions. In any case, no matter what side dish you choose, the meatloaf will make an indelible impression on all those gathered and will only awaken your appetite with its very appearance even at the very pickiest.
Enjoy your meal!
