Cooking cottage cheese pie in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare a multicooker bowl and wheat flour with baking powder.

To begin with, we install a teflon bowl in the recess of the multicooker and lubricate its bottom, as well as the inside with a thin layer of butter. Then, using a fine mesh sieve, sift the wheat flour, preferably of the highest grade, into a dry bowl. This step is not avoided, for it this ingredient is saturated with oxygen, becomes more friable, dried and gets rid of any kind of litter. Then add the baking powder to the flour and mix them with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency.

Step 2: prepare the cottage cheese and sour cream.

Next, put in a clean dish soft fat cottage cheese and rub it with a table fork, so that the grains crumble. If not everything decays, we don’t worry, leave it as it is, they will give the baking a certain peculiar zest. Then mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, and move on.

Step 3: prepare the eggs and two types of sugar.

With the back of the knife, we beat each chicken egg in turn and send the whites and yolks to a deep bowl. Pour two types of sugar there: regular and vanilla. Beat these ingredients with a mixer or any other kitchen appliance, a blender with a special nozzle or the same whisk will do. Shake everything until the mass increases at least 2-2.5 times, and the grains of sugar do not melt, this process will take from 5 to 10 minutes, although it all depends on the choice of the kitchen appliance. When the egg mass becomes lush and thick, proceed to the next step.

Step 4: prepare the curd dough.

We introduce a mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream into a bowl with beaten eggs. Then we start adding baking powder and flour.

We act gradually, pouring them in small portions, and at the same time knead a rather thick, but sticky, viscous dough with a silicone spatula. As soon as it is ready, transfer the semi-finished curd and flour product to the prepared bowl of the multicooker and level its surface.

Step 5: bake a curd cake in a slow cooker.

Now insert the plug of the kitchen appliance into the outlet, cover it with a tight-fitting lid and select the mode Baking for 1 hour. Push button "Start" and wait. After the necessary time, the multicooker will turn off, notifying about it with the corresponding signal. Let the pie stand in it for about 5-7 minutes, then carefully lift the lid and release hot steam for several minutes.

After that we put a steam basket on pastries and with the help of tacks or a kitchen towel we take out the bowl. We turn it upside down and slowly raise it, the curd product will remain on a kind of plastic pedestal. We give the yummy to cool completely, then, using a wide kitchen spatula, transfer the cake to the surface of a more suitable dish, decorate it with any other goodies and taste it!

Step 6: serve the cottage cheese pie in a slow cooker.

Curd cake in a slow cooker is served warm or chilled on a large flat dish or tray, although you can immediately arrange it in portions on plates. Very often, before serving, this baking is decorated with powdered sugar, whipped cream, creams, impregnated with honey, condensed milk, jam, jam, glaze, ground with sugar berries, fruit or covered with melted chocolate. Savoring this yummy is pleasant with fresh hot or cold drinks, lemonade, kissel, compote, tea, coffee, some sour-milk products, such as kefir, yogurt, and even very tasty with fermented baked milk, are suitable.
