Step 1: Prepare the cabbage.

Mix all the prepared ingredients together, season them with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Mix well, a lot of juice should stand out. Stir so as not to break pieces of fruit. To do this, it is better to use two forks or a fork and a tablespoon. Once the fruit has secreted juice and is sugared, season the salad with vegetable oil. Mix well again and start serving the finished dish.
