Avocado Salad with Chicken


Chicken Avocado Salad Ingredients

Making avocado salad with chicken:

Step 1: cook the chicken.


Be sure to lay out the chicken in advance from the refrigerator so that it can defrost before cooking. Then draw a small amount of clean water into the pan and put chicken meat in the same place. Boil the ingredient until cooked, i.e. approximately 25-30 minutes. At the same time, it is completely unnecessary to salt the fillet, since our dish will therefore include an amount of salted ingredients sufficient for taste.
Catch the boiled poultry from the pan using a slotted spoon and put it to cool on a cutting board. Cut the chicken into large enough cubes or tear it into fibers to make a lot of separate pieces.

Step 2: prepare the tomatoes.


Tomatoes must be washed properly under a stream of warm running water. Then divide each vegetable into two halves and remove the stem. Crush the tomatoes thus crushed into cubes of medium or small size.
Some housewives preparing this salad remove the skin from the tomato, lowering them briefly in boiling water, but I honestly do not see the point.

Step 3: Three Cheese


Before starting, moisten the grater with cool water, this will ease friction and prevent small pieces of cheese from sticking to the tool. Grate the cheese so finely that it turns into crumbly chips.

Step 4: prepare the avocado.


Avocados should be washed under warm running water, just like tomatoes. Then take one fruit in your hand and cut it lengthwise into two equal parts. In the middle you will feel a big bone, you don’t need to cut it and even more so to eat it. After you make a longitudinal incision, simply rotate the two halves in opposite directions. Remove the bone. Then, with the tip of a knife, cut a mesh into the avocado pulp without cutting the skin. Just twist the pieces of fruit over the plate. Repeat the same with the other half and another fruit. Pour the resulting avocado pulp with lemon juice and mix gently.

Step 5: mix the salad.


All the prepared ingredients are poured into one deep bowl, carefully, but thoroughly mixed. Add to them black ground pepper, soy sauce and mayonnaise, if without it nothing. Once again, mix the salad well with a tablespoon so that all the ingredients are mixed together and soaked in dressing. It is not necessary to insist on a salad; after cooking, you can immediately start serving it on the table.

Step 6: serve avocado salad with chicken.


Arrange avocado salad with chicken on portioned plates, you can additionally decorate it with Beijing cabbage or sprinkle with fresh herbs on top. But even without such decoration, your dish will turn out to be simply delicious. Especially it will appeal to housewives who take care of their chiseled figure, or to those who seek to acquire it. Recipe Tips:

- Without the addition of mayonnaise, the salad turns out to be truly dietary, but, unfortunately, not everyone likes the lack of a favorite dressing in a dish.

- The best way to prepare this dish is Parmesan cheese, but it is perfectly replaced by the usual Russian or Dutch.

- Tomatoes can be used any. Cherry looks especially neat in this salad.
