Cooking oatmeal cookies with a banana:

Step 1: prepare the butter.


First of all, about one hour before the start of cooking, we take out the butter from the refrigerator, cut off a piece of the right weight from it with a sharp kitchen, transfer it to a deep bowl and leave it at room temperature so that the fat softens.

Step 2: prepare the raisins.


We don’t lose a minute, we warm up a little purified water in the teapot, 300-400 milliliters will be enough. Then we sort out the raisins, throw it into a colander, rinse and put in a deep plate. After some time, pour the dried grapes with boiling water from the teapot, leave it on it 12-15 minutes, then again sent to a colander, kept in it until excess liquid drains, and moved to a clean bowl.

Step 3: prepare the flour and baking powder.


Then, with a fine mesh sieve, sift the wheat flour into a deep bowl. This step is not avoided, due to which this ingredient is dried, loosened and cleaned of various debris, which has a beneficial effect on any baking. Then add the baking powder to the flour and mix them with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency.

Step 4: prepare the bananas.


Now peel the bananas, break them into small pieces, transfer them to a deep plate and grind them to a puree condition in any convenient way, for example, using an immersion blender or an ordinary table fork.

Step 5: prepare the oatmeal dough.


While preparing the individual ingredients, the butter became soft, add mashed banana, dried raisins, granulated sugar, salt, thin oatmeal and sifted wheat flour with baking powder. Thoroughly mix all the products with a wooden or silicone kitchen spatula to a homogeneous consistency and put on 10-12 minutes to the side, and in the meantime, proceed to the next step.

Step 6: form and bake oatmeal cookies with a banana.


Turn on and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. As soon as the dough is set up, use a tablespoon to spread it in small portions on a non-stick baking sheet, previously covered with a sheet of baking paper.

It is advisable that around each lump of oatmeal there remains a couple of centimeters of space, because during the heat treatment the products will spread slightly and gradually increase slightly in size.

When all the cookies have been formed, put them in the oven preheated to the desired temperature on the middle rack and bake 15-20 minutesfor which it will reach full readiness.
Then, using a kitchen towel or kitchen gloves, we move the pan to a cutting board and allow the resulting yummy to cool slightly. After that, with the help of a kitchen spatula, transfer the baking to the metal grid from the oven, completely cool to room temperature and taste.

Step 7: serve oatmeal cookies with a banana.


After cooking, oatmeal cookies with a banana are cooled, then spread on a large flat dish or distributed in portions on plates and served as a full, as well as very healthy, delicious dessert. You can serve it with any hot or cold drinks you like, for example, for breakfast with coffee, tea or cocoa, for lunch or afternoon snack juice or harmful, but very sweet carbonated water is suitable, and for dinner it is better with fermented milk products such as kefir, yogurt, milk, although it all depends on your preferences.
