Cooking biscuit in the microwave:

Step 1: Knead the dough.


First of all, break the eggs into a dry and clean bowl, add sugar to them and mix the mixture with a mixer. You need to mix it until it turns white. Then, without turning off the mixer, respectively, without ceasing to interfere, pour the vegetable oil into the egg-sugar mass in a thin stream, followed by milk. Then, pour the flour into the liquid ingredients, sifting it in small portions through a special strainer. This is necessary so that the flour lumps do not have time to form. At the very end, add the same baking powder for the dough. Stir the mass until it becomes completely homogeneous, only after that the biscuit dough can be considered ready.

Step 2: Bake the biscuit in the microwave.


Prepare a pan or baking pan. It should be non-metallic, suitable for cooking in the microwave, small dishes. You can take one or two forms, depending on how your dough fits. Do not forget to grease the dishes with vegetable or butter before cooking. Place the biscuit or biscuit blanks inside the oven and turn it on 5 minuteschoosing power 800 watts. After this time, the biscuit should be completely baked, so carefully using the special tacks, remove the baking tins and wait a bit until they cool at room temperature.

Step 3: Serve the biscuit.


After cooling, shake the biscuit, cooked in the microwave, from the mold. Then it can be safely served as a dessert. You can add it with jam or some kind of syrup, for example, chocolate, caramel or fruit, to your taste, and you can also decorate it with icing sugar or whipped cream. And, of course, such a biscuit is suitable for making any cakes. And that’s all done, so fast. The main thing is not to forget to brew your favorite hot drink and proceed to the dessert.
