Cut clean mushrooms with any slices convenient for you. These may be small cubes, or may be large, but thin slices. The latter, by the way, look much more beautiful and appetizing in the finished dish.

Step 3: Prepare the onion.


Peel the onion and cut off the unnecessary, inedible tips. Chop a pure vegetable in small cubes, but if you like the onion to stand out clearly, then you should cut it into rings or half rings.

Step 4: Prepare the garlic.


Separate a few cloves from the heads of garlic and lightly press on them with the flat side of the knife blade. Remove the husks and grind this ingredient in any way convenient for you, for example, chop with a knife or pass through a special garlic press.

Step 5: Prepare the Cheese.


Cheese for this dish is cut into thin slices. This is done so that the finished dish looks more appetizing, since the grated cheese looks a bit messy, but the whole pieces are beautifully covered with mushrooms and chicken breast chops from above.

Step 6: Bake the chicken fillet.


Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, he reaches the desired temperature, prepare a baking sheet, lubricating it with a sufficient amount of vegetable oil. Pepper, season with salt, crush seasonings with fingertips, distributing spices over the entire area of ​​the meat. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and send it to bake in the oven on 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms and onions.

Step 7: Fry the onion with mushrooms.


Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan. Put chopped onions, mushrooms and garlic at the bottom of the dishes. Do not forget to pepper and salt to taste. Mixing periodically, cook the ingredients for 10 minutes.

After the specified time, the onion pieces will become golden-transparent, and the mushrooms will soften. Once this happens, remove everything from the heat and proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 8: Cooking Chicken Chops with Mushrooms.


The chicken chops laid in the oven earlier had to be fried on one side. So gently remove the pan with them. Slices of chicken carefully, since they are hot, turn over with a spatula so that the fried side is on top, raw on the baking sheet. Put the mixture of onions and mushrooms on top of the fillet and smooth.

Cover the chicken with thin slices of cheese so that they completely cover the onion-mushroom mixture. Then return the baking sheet with the chicken back to the oven for another 10 minutes. During this time, the meat should be completely cooked, as well as the onion with mushrooms, and the cheese should melt and flow gently, enveloping the mushrooms and slices of fillet. That's all, the wonderful and mouth-watering chops are ready, so take them out of the oven rather and start serving.

Step 9: Serve the chicken chops with mushrooms.


Chopped chicken breasts with mushrooms are served as a separate dish and do not require a side dish, unless you can offer them sour cream or sour cream sauce. Of course, if you have such an opportunity, then it is worth decorating the dish with several branches of fresh herbs. Lay the chicken in portions and start the meal.
