Chicken Liver Appetizer

Ingredients for making chicken liver snacks

  1. Chicken liver 700 g
  2. Onions 300 g
  3. Olive oil Iberika 2-3 tbsp. l
  4. Sour cream 6 tbsp. l
  5. Cheese 120 g
  6. Sea salt to taste.
  7. Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking chicken liver snacks:

Slice the onion into a large cube.

Dice the liver.

Fry the onion in olive oil until tender.

Add the liver.

Fry until cooked over medium heat, stirring frequently. Salt pepper to taste.

Arrange the liver in tins.

Add 1 tbsp. l sour cream in every tin.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Spread 20 g in each tin.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.

Serve the liver hot. Enjoy your meal!
