Cooking Chicken Breast Chops:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.

Before starting to cook, be sure to defrost the chicken fillet. After which it needs to be washed. This should be done under a stream of slightly warm water. Dry clean chicken meat with disposable paper towels. Thus, seasonings better permeate the chops during the cooking process, and the dish itself turns out juicy. Each chicken fillet is cut lengthwise into two parts, so that you get two pieces of different size, the one that turned out to be larger needs to be cut again, but across. Optionally, you can not share the fillet, but such a piece of meat will not fit into any pan.

Step 2: beat off the chicken.

In order to prevent our fillet from sticking to the cutting board and hammer during the beating process, wrap the meat with cling film. After that, beat off the chicken slices well. Do it slowly and distribute the strokes evenly over the entire area of the meat. Please note that the fillet slices should slightly increase in size and become thinner. Carefully remove prepared chops from the film. Proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 3: Prepare the breading.

In a deep bowl, break a couple of eggs and sprinkle chicken seasoning and salt, adding about a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Beat the egg mixture thoroughly until it is smooth.
Pour the breadcrumbs into a suitable flat dish. You can also add some spices to your taste to them.
Dip the beaten chicken in the egg mixture so that it completely covers the whole piece. Do the same with all the meat, and then leave it to marinate as it is for 5-7 minutes. Then roll each piece of fillet in breadcrumbs.

Step 4: Fry the chicken chops.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté each piece of fillet 5-7 minutes on both sides over low heat, then transfer the resulting chops to a deep plate and immediately cover it with a lid. When everything is ready, let the meat go a little more in a plate under the lid, usually enough 5-6 minutes and you can move on to serving the chops from the chicken hoot to the table.

Step 5: Serve the chicken breast chops.

Serve the chicken fillet with any side dish to your taste. In summer, a salad of fresh herbs and vegetables is good, in winter, use boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish, as well as other cereals, for example, buckwheat. Offer to the chicken dish the same sauce and a slice of flavored bread. That's all, enjoy the wonderful and juicy taste of the dishes you have prepared.
Enjoy your meal!
