Cooking Chicken Breast Chops:

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Fillet.

Before starting to cook, be sure to defrost the chicken fillet. After which it needs to be washed. This should be done under a stream of slightly warm water. Pour the breadcrumbs into a suitable flat dish. You can also add some spices to your taste to them.
Dip the beaten chicken in the egg mixture so that it completely covers the whole piece. Do the same with all the meat, and then leave it to marinate as it is for 5-7 minutes. Then roll each piece of fillet in breadcrumbs.

Step 4: Fry the chicken chops.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté each piece of fillet 5-7 minutes on both sides over low heat, then transfer the resulting chops to a deep plate and immediately cover it with a lid. When everything is ready, let the meat go a little more in a plate under the lid, usually enough 5-6 minutes and you can move on to serving the chops from the chicken hoot to the table.

Step 5: Serve the chicken breast chops.

Serve the chicken fillet with any side dish to your taste. In summer, a salad of fresh herbs and vegetables is good, in winter, use boiled potatoes or rice as a side dish, as well as other cereals, for example, buckwheat.
