Pie with cottage cheese and cheese

Ingredients for making a pie with cottage cheese and cheese.

For the test:

Making a pie with cottage cheese and cheese:

Step 1: prepare the butter for the dough.

To prepare the dough, we need to use only soft butter, otherwise it will not work to knead the mass. Therefore, we spread it on a cutting board and, using a knife, chop into small pieces. The crushed component is transferred to a clean saucer and for the time being we leave it aside. Attention: do not speed up this process due to the microwave, it can change the structure of the oil, and the dough just does not work.

Step 2: prepare the dill.

We wash the dill well under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens and immediately pour it into a free plate.

Step 3: prepare hard cheese.

Using a coarse grater, we rub hard cheese directly on a flat surface. Then pour the chips into a clean plate and immediately proceed to the preparation of cottage cheese.

Step 4: prepare the cottage cheese.

We spread the cottage cheese in a medium bowl and carefully knead using a fork. This must be done so that pieces do not come across in the pie.

Step 5: prepare the garlic.

We put the garlic on a cutting board and, using the tip of the knife, slightly press down. Then with clean hands we clean the cloves from the husk and we can rinse under running water.

Using a garlic squeezer, grind the components and immediately spread them in a free saucer. Attention: garlic can also be chopped into small pieces. The taste of the pie from the change of places of the terms will not change.

Step 6: prepare the filling for the cake.

In a bowl with cottage cheese, spread the cheese chips, chopped garlic, dill, and also break the eggs. Important: if the components are not salty, then add salt. So, using a fork, we grind everything well until we get a homogeneous mass. Everything, the filling is ready! Let it stand still.

Step 7: prepare the flour.

Pour the flour into a sieve and sift it over a small bowl. This is a very important process, because thanks to it we will get a beautiful soft dough. Why? The thing is that the component will be saturated with oxygen, and also get rid of excess lumps, and this is important.

Step 8: prepare the dough.

Using a knife, we break the eggshell, and pour the yolks with squirrels into a free medium bowl. We spread soft slices of butter here and now, using a hand whisk, thoroughly beat everything. Attention: perfect uniformity is not necessary. Next, add sifted flour, baking powder, and salt to taste in the container.

We continue to whisk everything, but when the mass becomes quite thick, we transfer it to the kitchen table, crushed by a small amount of flour. Knead a beautiful elastic dough that will not stick to your hands. We form a ball out of it and we can begin to prepare the pie.

Step 9: prepare a pie with cottage cheese and cheese.

Lubricate the bottom and walls of the baking dish with a small piece of butter. Now we put a ball of dough here and with clean, dry hands we make a cake out of it. Important: the edges of the formation must go into the walls of the tank, creating the sides of the pie. Immediately after that we spread the curd filling here and level its surface with a tablespoon.

Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 180 degrees. Then put the mold here on a medium level and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes. During this time, the baking surface should be browned and solidified. At the end, turn off the oven, and take out the container with the help of kitchen gloves and set aside. Let the cake stand and become warm.

Step 10: serve the pie with cottage cheese and cheese.

Gently shift the warm pie onto a flat plate and, using the knife, cut into portioned slices. We serve pastries to the dessert table and treat the household with tea or coffee. By the way, such a pie is quite satisfying, so they can easily treat everyone at breakfast.

- By the way, instead of cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese can be added to the filling. By consistency, it is also very soft and supple, but only a hundred times more tender and tastier than ordinary granular cheese.
