A measuring cup, a teaspoon, a kitchen scale, a cutting board - 2 pieces, a kitchen knife - 2 pieces, a bowl, a tablespoon, a baking brush, a stove, a stewpan, a kitchen towel, a grater, paper kitchen towels, a deep bowl, a sieve with a fine mesh, oven, pizza baking dish, kitchen potholders.
Cooking homemade Italian pizza:
Step 1: prepare the dough.
The Italians do not bother with the dough for a long time, everything is very fast and very tasty, so if you have the right ingredients at hand, let's get started! In a small stewpan, heat up a little purified water, 150 milliliters will be enough for two servings. When it reaches the desired temperature of 36-38 degrees Celsius, that is, it becomes warm, but in no case hot, pour the liquid into a deep bowl. Pour some sugar, salt and dry granular yeast there. Shake these products with a tablespoon until smooth, cover the dough with a kitchen towel and place in a warm place on 10-15 minutes.
As soon as the yeast rises, add olive oil to them and sift about 250 grams of wheat flour through a fine mesh sieve. With a tablespoon or clean hands, knead a half-thick, one might say, viscous, slightly sticky dough. We cover it, put it in a warm place, it is better near the included stove, and leave it alone on 30-40 minutes.
Step 2: form homemade Italian pizza.
After half an hour, you can start warming up oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Also at this time, using a baking brush, grease the round pizza baking dish with a thin layer of olive oil and return to the risen dough. Lightly crush it with your hands, spread it on the surface of greased dishes and level it with your fingers in a thick layer 5 to 7 millimeters.
Then we look in the refrigerator and look for products suitable for the filling there, because it is not essential and depends only on your taste. In my case, these are a few mushrooms that I first washed thoroughly under trickles of cold running water, dried them with paper kitchen towels and chopped them with 3-4 mm thick layers with a sharp knife.
After that, the ham went into consumption, everything is simple with it, put it on a new board and cut it as you like, with straws or small pieces of arbitrary shape. Then we remove the paraffin crust from the hard cheese and grind it on a small, medium or large grater into a small clean dish. There was also a couple of olives that I left whole, and, of course, ketchup seasoned with salt, black pepper and dried oregano, that's all! So, we begin to form a pizza, using a tablespoon, grease a round tortilla dough with a tomato mixture with spices.
We don’t distribute the ham on top.
Then, in an artistic mess, we scatter chopped champignons.
Cheese follows, and olives crown this whole yummy - simply and with taste!
Step 3: bake homemade Italian pizza.
Now we proceed to the almost final step, check the oven and, if it has warmed up to the desired temperature, put there still raw pizza on the middle rack. Bake it for about 15 minutes or until the dough is ready, if the oven with the top grill, you can meet the 10 minutes. When the edge of the semi-finished product is browned, the cheese will melt, and the crazy aroma will bloom in the kitchen, the main thing is not to lose your head. We calmly pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, move the baking dish to the cutting board previously laid on the countertop, and let the Italian miracle cool down a bit. After that, we divide the pizza into 2-4 parts with a sharp kitchen knife and serve to the table.
Step 4: serve homemade Italian pizza.
Homemade Italian pizza, of course, is served hot, but still, before tasting it should be allowed to cool slightly. From the products indicated in the recipe, only two servings are obtained, but they are enough for a hearty breakfast, dinner or the second for dinner for a couple of people who like to eat tasty and hearty. As a complement to this dish, you can offer a light salad, french fries and some harmful, but very desirable carbonated drink, although tea, juice or coffee are also suitable.
