Making bruschetta with nuts:
Step 1: prepare the cherry tomatoes.
We wash the cherry tomatoes under running warm water, wipe them with kitchen paper towels and put them on a cutting board. Using a knife, carefully cut the vegetables in half and remove the stalk from each part. We shred the chopped tomatoes in a clean plate with the pulp up so that juice does not leak out while we prepare other ingredients.
Step 2: prepare the basil.
We wash the basil under running water and put it on kitchen paper towels for a while, so that excess liquid from the leaves of the glass. Then we move the greens onto a cutting board and chop finely with a knife. The crushed component is moved to a free plate and proceed to the preparation of parsley.
Step 3: prepare the parsley.
We wash the parsley under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, chop the greens and immediately pour it into a clean plate.
Step 4: prepare the garlic.
We put the garlic on a cutting board and lightly press down with the edge of the knife. Then with clean hands we peel it from the husk and rinse under running water.
We spread the cloves back onto a flat surface and now finely chop the plates across the component. The crushed garlic is transferred to a clean saucer and left aside for a while.
Step 5: Prepare Mozzarella Cheese
Using a medium grater, rub the Mozzarella cheese directly on the cutting board. Then pour the chips into a clean plate and proceed to the preparation of the bread.
Step 6: prepare the baguette.
Put the baguette on a clean, dry cutting board and cut into medium-sized pieces. Slices of bread immediately move on a baking sheet at a small distance from each other.
Next, pour into a small bowl 20 milliliters olive oil and, using a pastry brush, grease them with the surface of each piece of bread. Let the baguette so far lightly soak in the aromatic mixture, and we proceed to prepare the bruschetta.
Step 7: prepare the black pepper.
Pour peas of black pepper into a hand mortar and carefully rub with a pestle. We push the components until they turn into sand. Remember: if you want your dish to be fragrant for the whole house, be sure to use freshly ground seasonings, because already prepared ones lose their rich smell (disappear) and you cannot feel all the juiciness and unforgettableness of food.
Step 8: prepare the bruschetta with nuts.
Bruschetta - Italian appetizer, which consists of slices of bread and various toppings. Initially, it could be attributed to the food of the poor villagers who lived in central Italy. Today there are already countless recipes for this dish, and the simplest is a sandwich soaked in olive oil and a clove of garlic. Bruschetta is usually served in front of the main course as a light meal. True, I’m not sure that our sandwiches will not be able to feed the whole family, because nuts and cheese are quite satisfying components. So, in a medium bowl we spread the chopped cherry tomatoes, plates of garlic, basil, parsley, as well as cheese chips and cedar. We also pour salt, freshly ground black pepper here and season with the remaining olive oil. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly, but carefully until smooth.
Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 200 degrees. Immediately after that we put on a medium level a baking sheet with bread and bake it for 5-10 minutes until a soft golden crust appears on the surface. Attention: Be sure to check the readiness of the toast after a while. To do this, use the kitchen tack to slightly extend the container and, using a wooden spatula, raise a few slices of bread and see if they are covered with a brownish crust or not. If the first option, then immediately remove the baguette from the oven so that it does not burn at the base. If everything is in order, then we are waiting for the end of the allotted time.
At the end, turn off the oven, and take out the pan from there and set aside. While the bread is still warm, with the help of a tablespoon, spread the filling on top of it. That's it, the bruschetta with nuts is ready!
Step 9: serve the bruschetta with nuts.
We transfer the still warm bruschetta with nuts to a special flat plate or tray and treat friends and family along with fragrant tea or aromatic coffee. Sandwiches are very tasty, juicy and original. By the way, their distinguishing feature from other similar dishes is that before starting the bread, it must be baked (dried) on a wire rack in the oven, on the grill, or even in a hot frying pan with a small amount of olive oil.
