Gingerbread Dough Ingredients

  1. Flour 950 g.
  2. Egg 2 pcs.
  3. Liquid honey 200 ml.
  4. Butter 200 g
  5. Sugar 200 g
  6. Cocoa 1 tbsp. l
  7. Salt ½ tsp
  8. Soda 3 tsp
  9. Ground ginger 1 tsp.
  10. Ground cinnamon 1h. l
  11. Ground cloves 1 tsp.
  12. Nutmeg ½ tsp
  13. Vanilla Sugar 3 g.
  • Main ingredients: Oil, Flour, Cocoa and Chocolate, Sugar, Honey

Cooking gingerbread dough:

In a bowl, mix with a mixer: Liquid honey, sugar, butter at room temperature, until smooth. If your honey is sugared, melt it in a water bath, do not boil in any case.

Add eggs, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add the flour, soda, salt in parts and knead the dough with a silicone spatula. Add cocoa powder, continue to knead the dough. We do it fast.

Sprinkle the table with the remaining flour, pour the dough and quickly knead the dough.

Finished dough, divided into four parts, wrap in cling film, put in the refrigerator overnight. The dough is kept in the refrigerator for 1 month.
