Cooking Broccoli Cheese Soup:

Step 1: Prepare the broccoli.

Broccoli cabbage must first be prepared. To do this, put its frozen inflorescences in a colander and rinse several times with warm, but not hot water. After this, you should wait a bit until all excess water has escaped. Put the washed broccoli on a cutting board and chop a little with a knife. I do this so that the prepared soup is more tender and even children can eat it. If you prefer large pieces, then you may not cut the cabbage at all, but simply divide it into small inflorescences.

Step 2: Cook the soup.

Put the clean and chopped broccoli in a saucepan and fill it with chicken stock. Put everything on fire and bring to a boil, then cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
While cabbage is cooked, the processed cheese needs to be chopped, for this you can cut it into thin slices, but I just rub it on a large or medium grater. Then I add broccoli to the soup and bring the broth to a boil again.
Continue cooking until all the cheese has dissolved and the broth is homogeneous. Then add cream, salt and spices to taste. Shuffle again. Now, not bringing the third time to a boil, boil the soup yet 5 minutes stirring all the time. That's all, your wonderful and easy cheese broccoli soup is ready and you can start serving your masterpiece.

Step 3: Serve the broccoli cheese soup.

Serve broccoli soup hot immediately after cooking. Lay it in portions, add homemade croutons or crackers, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. If you are preparing this soup in the summer, then do not miss the opportunity and season it with fresh herbs. Enjoy the delicate cheese flavor and aroma.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- Undoubtedly, if you have the opportunity to use fresh broccoli instead of frozen cabbage, then use it.

- To give your soup a richer cheese flavor, just add not one, but two processed cheeses.

- In order to make the soup more satisfying, you can add carrots, potatoes, as well as onions to it. You can even add boiled chicken.
