Making bulk apple pie:
Step 1: prepare the flour mixture.

Now we need to grind the components. We can do this in two ways. Just finely chop the apples into thin slices or grate on a coarse grater. Which option to choose is at your discretion. I tried it differently, and it always turned out tasty and juicy. In any case, we move the chopped fruits into a large bowl and proceed to the preparation of the pie.
Step 3: prepare bulk apple pie.
Lubricate the bottom and walls of a deep baking dish with a small piece of butter (approximately 20-30 grams) Then turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature 180 ° C. In the meantime, spread the pie in layers: alternate the dry flour mixture with chopped apples. Important: the baking surface must be sprinkled with a dry mass. At the end, cover with butter. To do this, we must take a pre-chilled component from the refrigerator and rub it directly over the form with a coarse grater. During cooking, the butter will melt and completely soak the cake. And this is what we need. Now put the container on a medium level in a preheated oven and hold it there for 40-45 minutes. During this period of time, the baking surface should be covered with a golden crust. At the end, turn off the oven, and take out the form with the help of kitchen gloves and set aside.
Step 4: serve the bulk apple pie.
When the cake has cooled slightly, use a knife to cut it into slices and transfer to a special flat plate.
