Ingredients for Making a Banana Cake
- Butter 180 g
- Brown sugar 160 g.
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- Bananas 400 g
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Vanilla Sugar 2 g.
- Ground ginger ½ tsp
- Ground cinnamon ½ tsp
- Coarse wheat flour 350 g
- Baking powder 2 tsp
- Crushed walnuts or forest nuts 120 g.
- Main ingredients: Oil, Flour
Cake mold 30 cm long.
Making a Banana Cake:
Grease the form with butter, sprinkle with flour.
Beat butter with sugar in a bowl.
Beat one egg, beat until completely combined with the oil mass, so we put the rest of the eggs in the mass.
Put the bananas in a bowl, add salt, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
Knead with a fork, but not much.
Mix banana mass with butter.
Mix the sifted flour with nuts and baking powder.
Mix wet and dry ingredients.
Pour the mass into the mold, level the surface.
Bake at 180 degrees until tender, 50-60 minutes.
Grease a warm cupcake with strawberry confiture, remove from mold, cool.
