Ingredients for 2 servings:

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Bacon 6 strips.
  3. Toaster bread 3 slices
  4. Butter 10 g
  5. Olive oil Iberika 1 tbsp. l
  6. Salt to taste.

Cooking eggs in the clouds:

Gently separate the protein from the yolk.

Salt the protein to taste, beat until lush peaks.
