Cooking cheesecake in a slow cooker:

Step 1: prepare the multicooker bowl.


First of all, we cover the bottom of the multicooker bowl with four strips of baking or parchment paper crosswise, or we completely cover the entire pan of this appliance with it, so that it protrudes 6-8 centimeters behind the side. This must be done so that during baking the dessert does not stick to the Teflon coating and after cooking it can be easily taken out.

Step 2: prepare the butter.


Then we print the package with butter, cut a small piece weighing one hundred grams from it, divide it into cubes, put it in a saucepan and put it on medium heat. Melt the fat to a homogeneous liquid consistency, constantly stirring with a tablespoon so that it does not burn and does not stick to the bottom of hot dishes. Then we remove it from the stove and allow it to cool slightly to a warm state.

Step 3: prepare the cookies.


After that, put sugar, shortbread or oatmeal cookies in a dry clean bowl of the blender.

We turn on the kitchen appliance at the highest speed and chop this ingredient to the state of crumbs, although small lumps are acceptable.

Step 4: prepare a mixture of cookies and butter.


We pour the crushed cookies into a deep bowl, pour the almost cooled butter there and mix them with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency. We move the resulting mass to the bottom of the prepared multicooker bowl and distribute it with clean, dry fingers so that we get a basket with sides stand at least 2 centimeters and a thickness of 1 centimeter.

Step 5: prepare the chicken eggs and beat the whites.


Now we beat each chicken egg with the back of the knife and separate the yolks with proteins in different deep bowls. In the dishes with the latter, pour the right amount of granulated sugar and put it under the blades of the mixer or blender with a special nozzle - a whisk. Beat the proteins at the highest speed until a thick foam forms, as soon as they become lush, we stop the process and wash the kitchen appliance, it will still be needed.

Step 6: prepare the souffle.


Then we grate raw chicken yolks with Philadelphia cheese or a very tender, loose curd with a tablespoon. Then we add sour cream, corn or potato starch, vanilla sugar to them and beat them well using the same blender or mixer.

After that, we introduce whipped proteins into the resulting mixture, act slowly, spoon after spoon, so that they do not settle, and immediately proceed to the next, almost final step.

Step 7: prepare a cheesecake in a slow cooker.


Gently spread the cheese or cottage cheese filling on the base of the cookies, use a tablespoon to level it with the sides of the base, insert the plug of the crock-pot into the socket, cover it tightly and set it on the board Baking mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. Important: during cooking, do not open the kitchen appliance, otherwise the dessert will settle!
As soon as the machine announces the end of the process with a corresponding beeping or humming sound, we are not in a hurry to get the cheesecake, we leave it inside for another 1 hour, while the lid on the multicooker is also not disturbed, you need to be patient a little, it's worth it!

After the required time, very carefully, holding the ends of baking or parchment paper, we move the cheese culinary masterpiece to a large flat dish. We cover it with plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours to insist, and then you can taste it!

Step 8: serve the cheesecake in the multicooker.


A cheesecake in a slow cooker is served chilled on a large flat dish or tray, previously cut into 8-10 portions. Next to this sweet put dessert plates, and also put small spoons.
