Ingredients for Cooking Stuffed Chicken Champignons

Cooking stuffed chicken champignons:
Step 1: cook the chicken.
Boil slightly salted water in a small saucepan. Rinse the chicken breast while it boils. Cook chicken for 20 minutes, that is, until complete readiness. Remove the chicken from the resulting broth using a special fork, we don’t need the broth itself, but be sure to use it to prepare another dish, because it contains many useful substances. Chop the chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 2: peel the champignons.
Rinse the champignons by removing all branches and ground. Now gently, using a small knife, cut the pulp and remove the legs. Do not damage the hats, otherwise the whole filling will leak out and will be on a baking sheet outside the mushrooms, and not inside, however, I think that this is understandable.
Set the mushroom caps aside, but cut the legs and flesh into small pieces.
Step 3: peel the onion.
Peel the onion from the husk, as you usually do, and crumble into small cubes in any way convenient for you. For example, I propose not to remove the root, but simply to make incisions, not reaching the end of the bulb, and then cut as usual. Thanks to this method, the ingredient does not slip out of the palm of your hand and therefore it becomes easier to grind it.
Step 4: prepare the filling.
In a pan, heat the right amount of oil and fry the onion until golden brown, then add the chopped champignon legs to it and fry everything together 5 minutes. Do not forget to mix everything to avoid burning. After five minutes, add the chicken, the amount of spice and sour cream you need to the pan. Stir well again, simmer 2 minutesand then remove from heat.
Step 5: grate the cheese.
To cook stuffed champignons, we need to skip the cheese through a medium or small grater. Grated cheese will serve to sprinkle the dish before baking, but you can also add a small amount to the filling.
Step 6: bake stuffed champignons.
Set the oven to heat up 180-190 degrees. In the meantime, lay the foil on the baking tray and put the prepared champignon caps on it. Fill them with a tablespoon of fried filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Now we send the pan together with the stuffed mushrooms to bake in the oven on 25-30 minutes. After the dish is completely ready, start serving it.
Step 7: Serve the baked chicken champignons.
Mushrooms stuffed with chicken are best served hot, as if they were just from the oven, because it is then that they exude this mouth-watering mushroom smell. And as a final touch, decorate the dish with fresh herbs.
