Champignon mushroom soup


Ingredients for Mushroom Champignon Soup Preparation

Cooking mushroom soup with champignons:

Step 1: cut the mushrooms.


Put the champignons in a colander and rinse the mushrooms with cool running water. You can even soak them for a while to get rid of the smallest twigs and grains of sand. Cut clean mushrooms into thin slices, not forgetting to cut dark spots if you suddenly find them.

Step 2: peel the potatoes.


To avoid cuts and simply because it is more convenient, use a special knife for peeling potatoes. Be sure to check if there are eyes on your root crops and remove them if you suddenly find it. After peeling, rinse the potato tubers and cut them into large cubes or cubes as you like.

Step 3: cut the onion.


We cut off all excess from the onion and peel off the husk. This ingredient should be cut smaller so that it is only slightly felt in the soup and gives an aroma.

Step 4: chop the garlic.


The cloves of garlic, like onions, need to be peeled off, cutting off all unnecessary. Then take the amount of salt you need for cooking and sprinkle garlic on it. Using a knife, finely chop the cloves while mixing them with salt. So you cook a kind of garlic salt. Step 5: prepare the frying for the soup.


Heat the pan and add vegetable oil. After it is heated, put and fry the onions until golden. Then add the chopped champignons and fry another 5-7 minutes. A couple of minutes before you remove the frying from the heat, mix it with garlic salt.

Step 6: boil the soup.


Boil the chicken broth in the pan, as soon as it boils, pour the potatoes and the mushrooms fried with onions and garlic into it. Add pepper and dried herbs to taste. Cook soup 20-30 minutes or until potatoes are ready. As soon as it, that is, potato, becomes soft and easily pierced with a knife, then the mushroom soup is ready and can be served.
