Paper cupcake molds, baking dish, tablespoon, kitchen knife, cutting board, two deep bowls for kneading dough, metal bowl, shallow pan, fruit peeling knife.

Making muffins with apples:

Step 1: Prepare the apple.

Rinse the apple and peel it with a special knife. Then cut the fruit pulp into cubes, remembering to remove the seed core in the process.

Step 2: Prepare the butter.

Before cooking, melt the butter. To do this, transfer it to a metal bowl and place it in a shallow pan filled with water. Turn on the gas and wait for the oil to melt. That's all, you can go to the next step.

Step 3: Cook the muffin mix.

Kneading the dough for muffins is not at all difficult. The main thing to remember is the basic principle: you have two bowls, one for mixing bulk ingredients, the other for liquid ones. Accordingly, in the first bowl mix flour, salt, soda, sugar, cinnamon and a baking powder for the dough, and in the second bowl, melted butter and yogurt. Mix both mixtures separately and only after that combine them. Stir, but not particularly thoroughly. Add slices of apple and mix slightly again.

Step 4: Bake apple muffins.

Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees. In the meantime, while the oven heats up to the desired temperature, insert paper muffins into the metal mold. Place the cooked dough with apple slices inside the molds with a tablespoon. Put future muffins in the oven and bake 25 minutes. If you doubt whether your dessert is ready or not, check it by piercing the dough with a toothpick, if it comes out dry, then everything is ready and you can serve. Otherwise bake until cooked.

Step 5: Serve the muffins with apples.

After the mold and muffins have cooled, remove them and serve. You don’t need to decorate anymore; just make your favorite tea and help yourself.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can add a little chopped nuts to the dough, or sprinkle them with muffins on top before baking.

- Instead of an apple, you can use other fruits, such as canned peaches or pineapples.

- Instead of yogurt, you can safely use kefir, as well as regular sugar instead of brown sugar.
