Making a salad with tuna and rice:

Step 1: Prepare Fig.

Rinse thoroughly under cold running water. Then put it in a clean pan and fill it with one glass of water. Put the pan on the gas and wait until the water boils, then mix the rice and cover. Turn off the gas and cook 15-20 minutes. No more mixing. At the very end, after the rice is ready, salt it and only now stir.

Step 2: Prepare the tuna.

Using a can opener, open a can of canned tuna. Holding the metal cap with your hand, or using a special strainer, drain the liquid. Mash tuna with a fork, turning it into a kind of gruel.

Step 3: Prepare the onion.

Peel the onion by removing the husk, roots and rinsing with water. To prepare this salad, we need to chop onion very finely, and it is best to skip this vegetable through a grater or chopped in a blender. I will choose the option with a grater.

Step 4: Prepare the corn.

Open a jar of canned corn like a jar of tuna, open and drain the liquid. That's all, no way to grind it anymore.

Step 5: Mix the lettuce.

In a suitable sized salad bowl, mix all prepared ingredients, including boiled rice. Add salt or other seasonings if you think it is necessary. Add mayonnaise at the end and mix well again. Put the tuna and rice salad in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, if time permits you, however, it can be served without cooling.

Step 6: serve the salad.

Serve tuna and rice salad in portions. You can decorate it with fresh parsley or dill, as well as green onions. To add a slight acidity, you can put a thin slice of lemon.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- This salad can also be prepared by adding a boiled egg to it. Such a move will make this dish more satisfying.

- You can also do without adding mayonnaise, making the salad more dietary.

- A salad of canned tuna and rice can be served very beautifully by lining the bottom of the serving plate with lettuce leaves.
