Fried cauliflower


Ingredients for Cooking Fried Cauliflower

  1. Cauliflower 1 head
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Ground black pepper to taste
  4. Vegetable oil 2-3 tablespoons

Inventory:

Saucepan, frying pan, colander, wooden spatula, kitchen knife, cutting board, slotted spoon.

Cooking Fried Cauliflower:

Step 1: Prepare the cabbage.


Using a knife, divide the head of cauliflower into inflorescences. Fold the pieces in a colander and rinse thoroughly. Allow excess water to drain.
Meanwhile, boil clean water in a saucepan and place the cauliflower inflorescences there. Lightly salt and boil for 3-5 minutes. After using a slotted spoon, catch cabbage and put in a colander. Again, wait a little so that the glass is excess water and proceed to the next cooking step.

Step 2: Fry Cauliflower.


Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add the boiled cabbage inflorescences there. Add more salt, pepper and other spices to taste. Fry the cabbage until an appetizing golden crust is formed, do not forget to turn over, stir, this is necessary in order to avoid burning. As soon as the cabbage becomes rosy, then everything is ready and you can serve.

Step 3: Serve the fried cauliflower.


Serve the fried cabbage hot, just from the pan, or warm. Garnish the dish with fresh herbs, season with tomato sauce, sour cream or mayonnaise to your liking. Also use fried cauliflower as a side dish, for example, to boiled rice or buckwheat. Thus, you will get a very nutritious and healthy dish.

Recipe Tips:

- When boiling, add bay leaf or allspice to the cabbage.

- The same flavor will give the dish a few cloves of garlic.

- You can also fry cabbage with tomatoes, onions or broccoli.
