Cooking Cheese Soup with Meatballs:

Step 1: Prepare the minced meat.

To prepare the main ingredient for the soup - meatballs, choose a good, fresh, without a strong smell of spices ground beef. Of course, everyone knows that it is better to cook the stuffing yourself, but you must agree that you do not always have enough time for this. So, from the selected stuffing we make balls - meatballs. This is done with clean, slightly damp hands. First, pinch off a piece from the total mass, then give it a spherical shape in the palms of your hands, put the finished meatball aside and take on the formation of a new one.

Step 2: Prepare the potatoes.

Using a special knife, peel the potatoes, rinse under a stream of running water to clean the adhering ground. Pure root vegetables cut into medium-sized cubes. Caution: Do not forget to get rid of the eyes.

Step 3: Prepare the carrots.

In the same way as potatoes, we clean and wash carrots, after which we grind it in a way convenient for you, you can even rub it on a grater.

Step 4: Prepare the onion.

Peel the onion and remove the tips. Cut the onion into cubes or half rings, depending on your preferences and the preferences of your family, because not everyone likes boiled onions. Also, this ingredient can be passed through a grater or chopped in a blender.

Step 5: Prepare the parsley.

Rinse the parsley under a stream of warm water and visually divide into two bunches. Finely chop both. This is done in order to add one part of the greenery during cooking, and sprinkle the other with the finished dish to give it a refreshing and light taste.

Step 6: Prepare the processed cheese.

It is best to take fresh processed cheese in briquettes. Before adding to the soup, the cheese should be crushed using a medium or large grater so that it dissolves in the broth as best as possible.

Step 7: Cook the roast.

In a frying pan, preferably with a non-stick coating, heat a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil. Then pour the onions and carrots, fry over medium heat. Vegetables should become a little softer, and onions to acquire a characteristic transparency. It will take about 10 minutes. Then we add meatballs to the frying and continue cooking until the meat is browned. Be careful not to turn the meat balls until one of their sides is fried, otherwise they may fall apart. After adding meatballs, you still need to fry 5-7 minutes.

Step 8: Cooking the Soup.

Meanwhile, while frying is preparing, boil clean water in a pan and boil potatoes in it for 15-20 minutes to the state of semi-readiness. Then gently, in almost boiling water, lay out the contents of the pan and continue cooking until all the ingredients are ready. About 15-20 minutes. Do not forget to add salt and pepper, but for 10 minutes until ready, put the grated processed cheese and 1/2 of all prepared greens. Once the vegetables and meat are ready, the soup can be removed from the heat, cover and let it brew. 5-7 minutes, then proceed with serving.

Step 9: Serve the Meatball Cheese Soup.

Serve the prepared cheese soup with meatballs, sprinkled with fresh herbs. It will be an excellent first course, and if you still offer pieces of fragrant bread or garlic buns to it, then everyone will be delighted. Enjoy a delicious and hearty meal.
