Inventory:

A teaspoon, a tablespoon, a glass (capacity 250 grams), a stove, a pan (capacity 2 liters), a wooden kitchen spatula, an oven, a non-stick baking sheet, baking paper, a deep bowl, a sieve with a fine mesh, kitchen oven mitts, a metal grate from the oven, kitchen spatula, large flat dish or dessert plate.

Cooking cookies in a hurry:

Step 1: prepare the honey mixture.


If you need to quickly prepare a delicious homemade cookie for tea, then this recipe will do just like no other. So, first we put in the small, but deep saucepan the right amount of honey and butter. Pour granulated sugar there and put everything on a small fire. Melt these products to a liquid state, constantly shaking and loosening with a silicone or wooden kitchen spatula so that they do not stick to the bottom of hot dishes.

Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, use a kitchen towel to remove it from the stove and allow it to cool slightly so that it remains warm.

Step 2: prepare a dry flour mixture.


Then we sift in a deep bowl through a sieve with a fine mesh one and a half glasses of wheat flour, preferably of the highest grade. Add cinnamon, baking soda to it and mix everything with a tablespoon to a homogeneous consistency. At the same time, turn on and preheat the oven up to 220 degrees Celsius. Then we cover the non-stick baking sheet with a sheet of baking or parchment paper or, at best, with a silicone mat.

Step 3: make a quick cookie dough for cookies.


After this, pour the dry flour mixture into a saucepan with liquid honey. Pour some milk there and carefully knead a soft, elastic, slightly sticky dough. You shouldn’t do it steeply, otherwise the delicacy after baking will turn out to be too hard, but if the semi-finished flour is very liquid, it’s better to add a little more flour.

Step 4: make cookies in a hurry.


Now slightly moisten the hands in a very small amount of water, pick up a teaspoon of dough, put it in the palm of your hand and roll up a ball the size of a walnut. We move it to the prepared baking sheet and in the same way we sculpt the remaining rounds, distributing them in small portions at a distance of about 2-3 centimeters from each other. When the semi-finished flour product is over, you can give the formed liver a more beautiful shape, for example, make thin notches on it with the teeth of a fork crosswise or squeeze a nice pattern on each bottom of the curly glass, it all depends on your imagination.

Step 5: bake cookies in haste.


Next, check the oven and, if it has warmed up to the desired temperature, put a baking sheet with still raw cookies. Bake it no more 5-7 minutes, it’s important not to overdo this miracle in a hot cupboard, otherwise the dessert will turn out to be too hard, as soon as the dough is browned, then it’s ready!
We pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, rearrange the baking sheet on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop, and allow the cookies to cool slightly. Then, using a kitchen shovel, we move the pastries to the metal wire rack, completely cool to room temperature and taste!

Step 6: serve the cookies in haste.


Whip up cookies in just 25-30 minutes - this is not a thing, but the real, tasty truth! After cooking, it is cooled to room temperature and served on a large flat dish or other dessert utensils to a sweet table. Along with such pastries, you can serve your favorite jam, jam, cream, condensed milk, melted chocolate, liquid marmalade. It’s nice to savor cookies with fresh, only brewed tea, coffee, warm milk, cocoa, juice, yogurt or kefir, as you like. Cook with pleasure and enjoy delicious as well as simple food!

Recipe Tips:

- Why can the dough turn out liquid? This directly depends on many factors: the water content in the oil, gluten in the flour, as well as the density of honey. If you see that it is floating, give the semi-finished product a denser, but not very thick structure;

- optionally, you can add a little vanilla sugar to the dough or completely replace cinnamon with it;

- some housewives use baking powder for dough instead of baking soda, in total 1-1.5 teaspoon is needed;

- honey is better to take thick, but transparent.
