Cheese Cutlet Ingredients

Cooking cutlets with cheese:

Step 1: Cooking the cutlets.

Stuffing is best to take home, rather than purchased. Thus, you will definitely be sure of the quality and taste of the cutlets that you ultimately get. To cook the minced meat, simply roll the beef meat through a meat grinder.
Peel the onion from the husk, cut the tops and roots, and then, just after the meat, grind it in a meat grinder.
Mix chopped onion and minced meat in a prepared bowl, add the egg, salt, pepper and other seasonings to taste there. Knead the minced meat to a homogeneous mass and begin to form patties. When working with minced meat, keep your hands slightly moist to avoid sticking.
Cutlets in the form of flattened pancakes. To do this, first roll the ball in your palms, then compress it, making it flat and thin.

Step 2: Prepare the filling.

Moisten the grater with cold water before cooking and shake off the excess of moisture. Cheese should be rubbed with a medium grater, but you can also cut it into small and thin slices.

Step 3: Form the patties with cheese.

Put the stuffing from grated cheese on the minced pancake and close it with a second meat pancake. Then we fasten the finished cutlet along the edges, pressing it with your fingers.

Step 4: Fry the patties with cheese.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan. When it gets hot enough, put the cheese patties in a pan and fry over medium heat. At first 5-7 minutes on one side, then turn the patties on the other side and continue cooking 5-7 minutes. After the meat is covered with a golden brown, cover the lid with a frying pan and reduce the heat, fry again 10-13 minutes. Then turn off the hob completely and leave the patties with cheese a little walk under the closed lid. Best still on 5-7 minutes.

Step 5: Serve the patties with cheese.

Serve the finished cutlets with cheese hot with any side dish that is usual on your table or make burgers out of them, adding fresh vegetables, for example, cucumber and tomato, or a sheet of Beijing cabbage.
