Cooking meringues in a slow cooker:

Step 1: Prepare the eggs.

Before starting cooking, it is best to wash the eggs with soap or dishwashing detergent so that no dirt from them gets into our meringues. Now separate the squirrels from the yolks using a special separator or a regular tablespoon. Put the proteins in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, and use the yolks to cook any other dish.

Step 2: Prepare the meringue mass.

It is also better to cool the bowl and nozzles for the mixer before starting cooking. Put them for this in the refrigerator on 15 minutes. All tools should be clean, cool and dry. Just make sure you start cooking. To begin, beat the egg whites until a thick foam forms. After that, without stopping, add sugar and salt to the eggs. Beat everything until a thick white mass is obtained. It should stay on the whisk of the mixer and in the bowl, forming pointed peaks - peaks, as in the photo.

Step 3: Cook the meringues in the slow cooker.

Transfer the prepared meringue mass with a tablespoon to a pastry bag. Put the slow cooker on "Heating" and melt butter at its bottom. Then put the meringues on the bottom of the appliance, cover and select the mode "Bakery products"put the timer on 30 minutes and continue to do other important things. After the device signals us the end of the set time, turn off the crock-pot, but do not open the lid. Give the ready meringue a break 10 minutes, and only then open the device and get a treat. Otherwise, meringues may lose their splendor.

Step 4: Serve the finished meringue.

Serve the meringue only after it has cooled. Put the finished dessert on a beautiful dish and offer it tea, coffee, cocoa or another hot and suitable drink for your taste.
Enjoy your meal!
