Cooking oatmeal cookies without flour:

Step 1: prepare the oatmeal.

It will take about two hours to prepare this delicious cookie, but its taste is worth every minute spent. So, first, about 40-60 minutes before the start of the process, put all the necessary products on the countertop and give them the opportunity to warm to room temperature. Then we sort out oatmeal on a kitchen towel so that there is no litter. After that, pour them into a dry blender bowl and turn on the kitchen appliance at the highest speed. We grind the groats to the state of fine crumbs or even, one might say, dust or flour, after 2-3 minutes it will reach the desired structure.

Step 2: prepare sugar, butter and chicken egg.

Next, we print the package with oil, separate a small piece weighing one hundred grams from it and transfer it to a clean, deep bowl. Pour the right amount of granulated sugar there and mix these ingredients with a mixer at the highest speed until smooth lush mass without grains. Then we put in it one chicken egg without shells, beat everything at high speed yet 30-40 seconds to a slightly airy consistency, and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: prepare the mixture for oatmeal cookies without flour.

Add the crushed oatmeal, cinnamon, food baking powder, sunflower seeds to the resulting sugar-oil mixture and mix everything until smooth. We roll the resulting semi-finished product into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap and send it to the refrigerator 1,5 hour.

Step 4: make oatmeal cookies without flour.

After the required time, turn on and preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees Celsius. Then we cover the non-stick baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper, and at best with a silicone baking mat. We take out the oatmeal mixture from the refrigerator, with wet hands, we pluck off a piece the size of a medium-sized walnut from it and roll up the ball. We spread it on the prepared baking sheet, optionally squeeze it with your palm or make notches with a table fork crosswise to give a more flat beautiful shape. In the same way we sculpt the rest of the cookies, distributing them at a small distance from each other, it is desirable that there are at least 4 centimeters of free space.

Step 5: bake oatmeal cookies without flour.

Next, we put a still dainty delicacy in an oven preheated to the desired temperature on an average rack. Bake it for 15-20 minutes, for which cookies will be covered with a delicate beige blush and will reach full readiness.

As soon as this happens, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, rearrange the baking sheet on a cutting board, previously laid on the countertop, and allow the resulting products to cool slightly. Then with the help of a kitchen spatula we move them to a metal grate, completely cool and taste.

Step 6: serve the oatmeal cookies without flour.

Oatmeal cookies without flour are super sweet for supermarkets who like to cook not only delicious, but also very useful surprises for their household. After preparation, the fragrant round beads are completely cooled and served on a large flat dish or in portions on plates as a dessert, along with warm or cold drinks, such as tea, coffee, juice, cocoa, milk, kefir, drinking yogurt, or whatever you like. Cook with pleasure and be happy!

Recipe Tips:

- if the dough spreads during baking, it means that low-quality oil with a high moisture content was used;

- an excellent substitute for seeds - ground walnuts, chopped dried fruits or dried berries, or you can do a little of everything;

- for those who do not like cinnamon, there is a wonderful alternative - vanillin on the tip of a knife, as well as lemon or orange peel;

- to make cookies crumble less, you can still add 50-70 grams of wheat flour to it;

- going to use parchment paper? In this case, it is better to lubricate it with a thin layer of butter or vegetable oil.
