- Beef liver 700 g.
- Olive oil Iberika 80 ml.
- Flour 200 g.
- Salt to taste.
- Ground black pepper to taste.
- Milk 700 ml.

Cooking Fried Liver:
Remove the film from the liver.
Put the liver in a bowl, pour milk, leave to soak for 2 hours.
Remove the liver from milk, cut into small pieces 1 cm thick.
Salt, pepper to taste.
Lightly beat off the liver.
Roll a piece of liver in flour.
Fry the liver in oil on both sides for 3-4 minutes, until cooked.
Put the liver on a dish.
