Canned Fish Salad


Ingredients for Canned Fish Salad

Cooking canned fish salad:

Step 1: boil and cut the eggs.


Wash the eggs with soap and a brush and only then start cooking. Place the eggs in a saucepan with cold salted water and set on fire. After the water boils, reduce the gas and cook 10-13 minutes. Transfer hard-boiled eggs using a slotted spoon or a tablespoon, transfer from hot water to ice water and cool them. Then peel and chop. You can crush the eggs with a knife, if you make an independent salad, or skip them through a grater if you make a filling for a snack.

Step 2: prepare the tuna.


Use a can opener to open a can of tuna. Drain the liquid, if you want, but you can leave it, however, then the salad in the end will turn out to be more liquid. Grind the fish pieces with a fork to break it into separate fibers.

Step 3: chop the onion.


Peel the peel from the onion and cut off the remaining tip and root, rinse under a stream of cold water. For this salad, it is best to grind the onions on a grater, so it will not be clearly felt in pieces, but will be present as an addition to the overall taste and aroma.

Step 4: chop the green onions.


Fold the green onions in a colander and rinse under a stream of hot water. Leave the colander with onions for a while to make the glass excess water. Chopped the green onions in this way in thin circles, just as you would normally chop it for salads.

Step 5: chop the parsley.


Rinse the parsley in the same way that you washed the green onions. Cut the stems, they are too thick and hard, so they are not suitable for cooking this salad. Grind the leaves with a knife.

Step 6: mix all the ingredients.


Eggs, tuna, and everything else that we cut, chopped and rubbed before, mix in a suitable salad bowl. Add the indicated amount of pepper and salt to taste. Mix well by adding mayonnaise. That's all, then serve a salad of canned fish in the way that is more convenient for you, you do not need to let it insist.

Step 7: serve canned fish salad.


Serve it on a flat salad bowl, garnishing with fresh herbs or slices of lemon, as well as stuff eggs, apples, tomatoes and other products that you find suitable. Help yourself to the dish and treat the guests!
