Salad "Autumn"

Ingredients for making Autumn Salad

  1. Cabbage 400 g
  2. Onion 60 g
  3. 4 pickled cucumbers
  4. Carrot 80 g
  5. Vinegar 1 tsp.
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l
  • Main Ingredients: Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Cucumber

Cooking Autumn Salad:

Cut the onion into rings.

Put in a bowl, salt, add sugar to taste and vinegar.

Pour in water, so that the onion is completely covered, leave for 15 minutes.

Chop cabbage.

Grate the carrots.

Salt and sprinkle with sugar to taste, squeeze the cabbage by hand, mix with carrots.

Make a rose out of cucumber. Cut the remaining cucumbers into strips.

Drain the onion, squeeze, leave a little onion for decoration.

Put cabbage with carrots, cucumbers, onions, mayonnaise in a salad bowl.


Put the salad in a salad bowl, garnish with onion on top, put a rose, three leaves of parsley.
