  2. Potato 1 kg.
  3. Onion 100 g.
  4. Tomato 1 pc.
  5. Garlic 3 tooth.
  6. Olive oil Iberika 2 tbsp. l

  8. Salt to taste.
  9. Ground black pepper to taste.

Cooking Baked Chicken with Potatoes:

Chop the garlic with a knife.

Cut the onion into slices.

Grate your hips with spices and salt.

Season with sour cream, onion and garlic, mix. Set aside.

Peel the potatoes, cut into four parts. Put in a heat-resistant form.

Salt and pepper the potatoes, mix.

Add olive oil, mix.

Put on the hips of potatoes.

Cut the tomato into a large cube and put in a mold.

Cover with foil, bake in a preheated oven for 220 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Remove the foil and hold for another 10-15 minutes.
