Ingredients for making Tsvetaeva pie with apples

For the test:

A stove, a kitchen knife - 2 pieces, a cutting board - 2-3 pieces, a tablespoon, a teaspoon, paper kitchen towels, an oven, a non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish, a sieve with a fine mesh, a kitchen towel, a deep bowl - 2 pieces, a whisk, a glass (capacity of 200 milliliters), kitchen potholders, a kitchen spatula, a portion plate.

Cooking Tsvetaevo pie with apples:

Step 1: prepare the butter, oven and baking dish.

All the components of the cake are prepared quite quickly, so first of all, turn on and preheat the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius. Then print the package with butter, put it on a cutting board and cut into small slices or cubes. We throw them into a saucepan, put on medium heat and melt to a homogeneous liquid consistency, constantly stirring with a tablespoon so that the fat does not burn. Then, using a kitchen towel, remove it from the stove and cool to room temperature near the ajar window.

Step 2: prepare the flour and food baking powder.

Then we sift the wheat flour intended for the test into a deep dry dish through a sieve with a fine mesh. Its quantity can vary from 1.5 to 2 glasses, depending on the quality, grinding, and gluten content, for example, if the premium is less, the first or second, more. Then add the food baking powder to the bowl and mix it with flour with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency.

Step 3: prepare the dough.

Now whisk until smooth in a clean deep bowl sour cream and melted cooled butter. After this, we begin to add a mixture of flour and food baking powder there.

We act slowly, pouring it in parts in half a glass, while kneading a tablespoon of dough. When this kitchen appliance ceases to help, we continue the process on the countertop.

As a result, it should turn out to be a non-taut, elastic, slightly sticky semi-finished flour product weaker than for rolling.

We begin to pinch small pieces from it with fingers covered with flour and palms, distribute the dough along the bottom, as well as the walls of a non-stick or heat-resistant baking dish, trying to make this so that the layer thickness does not exceed 1 centimeter.

Step 4: prepare the apples.

Then we wash the apples under the trickles of cold running water, dry them with paper kitchen towels and, using a clean knife, cut each fruit into 2 halves. Remove the peel from them, get rid of the core with bones, as well as the tails.

We spread the fruit pulp on a cutting board and shred slices or pieces of arbitrary shape with a thickness of not more than 5 millimeters.

We evenly distribute them over the entire surface of the dough laid in the mold.

Step 5: prepare the fill.

After that we put raw chicken egg in a clean bowl and add granulated sugar. Beat them with a whisk until the grains are completely dissolved, and also until the mass is assured about 2 times. Then add vanilla sugar, a couple of tablespoons of sifted wheat flour and sour cream to the resulting mixture. Shake everything again at medium speed until a homogeneous consistency, so that there are no lumps, and proceed to the next step.

Step 6: bring the Tsvetaevo apple pie to full readiness.

Pour apples comfortably settled on the test with egg-sour cream mixture. Shake the form slightly so that the liquid is evenly distributed over the fruit. We put still raw dessert in an oven preheated to the desired temperature on an average rack and bake 50 minutesfor which the cake will reach full readiness.

After the necessary time has passed, we pull the kitchen gloves in our hands, move the mold onto a cutting board previously laid on the countertop, and let the baking cool down a little. After that, we taste it in warm or cold form.

Step 7: serve Tsvetaevo apple pie.

Tsvetaevsky apple pie can be served warm or cold. Regardless of the choice, it is cut into pieces, using a kitchen spatula they are distributed in plates, optionally supplement each serving with powdered sugar, ice cream, sour cream, cream or favorite cream and served as a dessert to a sweet table.
