Crab salad with cucumber


Ingredients for making crab salad with cucumber

  1. Crab sticks 300 grams
  2. Cucumber 4 pieces (medium)
  3. Radish 2 pieces (medium)
  4. Celery stem 1 piece
  5. Canned corn 1 can
  6. Egg 1 piece (selective)
  7. Dill 25 grams
  8. Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons (optional)

Cooking crab salad with cucumber:

Step 1: Prepare the crab sticks.

Thaw the crab sticks, for this leave them for a while at room temperature. After opening the package, remove the same film from each stick and cut them into pieces convenient for you. It doesn’t matter if they are large, or small, you can even grind them on a grater.

Step 2: Prepare the celery.


Rinse the celery stalk. If you find a fresh, bright green vegetable in the store, then just rinse it with water. If your stalk has already laid down, then clean it from the hard upper fibers with a knife for peeling vegetables. Then cut the celery into small pieces.

Step 3: Prepare the cucumber.

Wash the cucumbers under a stream of warm water and peel them with the same knife that you used to clean the celery stalk. Cut both ends and cut the vegetable in a way convenient for you.

Step 4: Boil the egg.


Boil a chicken egg in salted boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then cool under running cold water. Cut into small pieces, previously peeling.

Step 5: Prepare canned corn.

Open a can of canned corn and, holding the lid with your hand, drain excess water into the sink.

Step 6: Prepare the radish.


At the radish, cut off the tops, sat down to eat, and rinse. It is best to use a soft sponge to wipe off any adhering dirt and debris. Cut radish into thin slices.

Step 7: Prepare the dill.


Fill the dill in a colander and rinse. Wait for excess water to drain and finely crush the greens.

Step 8: Knead the salad.


Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, add salt to taste and two tablespoons of mayonnaise. Shuffle everything thoroughly again. That's all! A wonderful vitamin salad of cucumbers and crab sticks is ready. Wait until it is infused, approximately 10-15 minutes and can be served.

Step 9: Serve the crab salad with cucumber.


Serve chilled crab salad. Transfer it to a large clean salad bowl, or arrange it in portions. Enjoy the benefits and taste of this wonderful meal.
