Cooking royal cottage cheese pie:

Step 1: prepare the flour.


To make the dough soft and tender, you need to prepare the flour in advance. To do this, pour it into a sieve and sift it over a large bowl. Such a process will saturate the component with oxygen, and also relieve it of lumps.

Step 2: prepare margarine or butter.


Spread margarine or butter on a cutting board and cut into small pieces. The crushed component is transferred to a clean plate and temporarily set aside to reach room temperature. Attention: In no case do not accelerate the process with a microwave oven, as this can ruin the consistency of the dough and the cake just does not work.

Step 3: prepare the eggs.


Using a knife, break the eggshell. Gently separate the yolks with proteins and pour them into two small bowls.

Step 4: prepare the dough for the pie.


Put soft slices of margarine in a medium bowl, and pour 200 grams Sahara. Grind the ingredients well with a fork until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Then pour it here 3 egg yolks and, using the mixer, thoroughly beat everything at high speed.

Now pour the sifted flour into small bowl in small portions and at the same time beat the mixture with improvised equipment so that lumps do not form. Somewhere in the middle of the process, add here a bag of baking powder and vanilla on the tip of the knife. We continue to knead the dough until it becomes firm and elastic.

Immediately after that, we form a ball from the mass, wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator to infuse for half an hour.

Step 5: prepare the curd filling.


Put the cottage cheese in a small bowl with the remaining egg yolks, 200 grams sugar and, if desired, vanillin on the tip of the knife (but not more so that the filling is not bitter). Using a mixer, beat the ingredients until a homogeneous air mass is obtained. Everything, the curd filling is ready!

Step 6: prepare the apples.


We thoroughly rinse the apples under running warm water and put them on a cutting board. With a knife, peel the fruit and cut it in half. From each part we remove the core.

Now we cut the apples into thin slices in the form of a crescent and put them on a clean plate.

Step 7: prepare the egg whites.


Pour all the egg whites into a deep bowl for the mixer, and pour the remaining sugar. Using a mixer, beat everything at high speed until strong peaks appear.

Step 8: prepare the royal pie with cottage cheese.


We take out the dough from the refrigerator and release it from the cling film. We put the ball on the kitchen table, previously crushed with a small amount of flour, and roll out a rolling pin into a thin cake. Formation thickness should be approximately 0.5 centimeters.

Important: the shape of the cake depends on the capacity for baking. It can be either round or square. Also, the dough should go on the walls of the pan, so we measure the length of the bottom and sides of the container in advance.

Now carefully lay out the layer in a baking dish and level it with clean hands. Attention: so that the dough does not rise during cooking, pierce it with a fork in several places. Pour the curd filling on top, and then beautifully spread the apple slices. Turn on the oven and heat it to temperature 180 ° C. Immediately after that, put the container here on the middle tier and bake the cake for 30 minutes.

When the surface of the dessert is lightly browned, we use the kitchen tack to get the pan. We cover the pie with beaten egg whites, level them with a tablespoon and put back in the oven. We continue to cook dessert yet 10 minutes. After the allotted time, the pastries will be covered with a golden crust, but the surface will still be soft (as it should be). Immediately turn off the oven, and take out the form and set aside. Let our royal pie cool slightly.

Step 9: serve the royal cottage cheese pie.
