We clean the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

We talk about the wings and wash them well.

We put everything in a pot (except for the potatoes), we put water and when the meat is almost cooked we add potatoes and salt to taste or spices.

When the potatoes are cooked, before turning off the heat, beat the egg whites a little (just to break them up) and add them to the soup, stirring.

We stop the fire and straighten it with the yolks rubbed with 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar and 300-400 ml of milk.

When we serve, we put larch leaves.

The recipe for Radauti soup


  • a chicken breast
  • 2 yolks
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 celery
  • a capsicum pepper
  • an onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar
  • a bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper.

Method of preparation

Peel the vegetables and cut them into larger pieces. Put two liters of water in a saucepan and add a little salt. Put the water on the fire and add the pieces of vegetables and the chicken breast.

For a Radauti soup as per the book, boneless chicken breast is not recommended. In order to give more flavor to Radauti soup, it would be advisable for the chicken breast to be leathery. Leave the vegetables to boil and the chicken breast for about 40-50 minutes (until the meat starts to come off the bone). After this time, turn off the heat, remove the vegetables and chicken breast from the pan, then let them cool.

Radauti soup

Pass the celery, onion and one of the two carrots. In order for the Radauti soup to get a pleasant appearance, chop the other carrot and pepper (it is preferable to peel the capsicum).

After it has cooled, remove the skin of the chicken breast and break the strips by hand or cut into pieces. Then add the mashed vegetables, the chopped ones and the chopped chicken breast to the Radauti soup. Put the pan with the soup back to the boil and leave it for about 10-15 minutes.

Break two eggs, put the yolks in a bowl and add 200 ml of cream (it is best to use a cream with a high fat content for the recipe of Radauti soup & # 8211 and to avoid cheese, use special cream for cooking). Mix the yolks with the cream and add four grated garlic cloves.

In order not to coagulate the yolks, gradually pour into the composition a part of the hot soup (a few polishes), until it reaches a temperature close to that of the soup in the pan.

After the 10-15 minutes have passed, turn off the heat and put the composition of eggs, cream and garlic in the Radauti soup. Mix well, then add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar and finely chopped parsley. Then taste the soup and, depending on your preferences, we can add salt, pepper or vinegar.

Banat soup with chicken is one of the easiest Romanian recipes. It is suitable for lunch, but it is also good for dinner, being light. The high content of vegetables makes it the main source of vitamins and minerals of the day.

1. Prepare the ingredients

  • Heat in another saucepan 500 ml of borscht and pour it over the soup.
  • Season with salt, put the chopped parsley on top and turn off the heat.

If you were careful to stop the fire and slowly incorporated hot soup, the eggs will not "bake", and the soup will get a uniform white color. Serve the soup with a little ground pepper on top.

  • 1 large celery stalk
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion, 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 400 ml sour cream
  • 6-7 cloves of garlic
  • salt, pepper, vinegar
  • celery leaves for decoration

Finely chop the onion and celery, put a carrot in a large grater and put them to boil in a pot with two liters of water.

After 10-15 minutes, add the washed and chopped mushrooms or pieces and put them on top of the other vegetables.

We also add the cut chest strips.

We put the other carrot through a fine grater and heat it in 4-5 tablespoons of oil, then we put it in the pot over the other ingredients.

We grind the garlic cloves and mix them with the sour cream, then we take the juice from the soup and we put it over the sour cream, we homogenize and we pour the mixture in the pot. We salt to taste and we extinguish the fire.

Serve with pepper, vinegar to taste and chopped celery leaves. Good job and good appetite!

Chicken meat soup is probably one of the favorite soups of children.

Although I also like the right one with tomato juice, because all the other 3 members of the family prefer sour cream soups, I adapt too & # 8230 :)))

Ingredients Soup with chicken meatballs

  • a chicken breast (to be bigger)
  • 3 tablespoons rice
  • a slice of celery root
  • a red bell pepper
  • a green bell pepper
  • a small onion + a small onion
  • two carrots
  • a parsley root (suitable in size)
  • a parsnip root (suitable in size)
  • 250-300 ml cream with 32% fat
  • juice from half a lemon or a cup (200 ml) of a little borscht
  • lovage

Preparation Chicken soup

Prepare the composition for the meatballs.

Chop the chicken and put it in a bowl with two or three tablespoons of well-sautéed and drained rice, a finely chopped onion, an egg and salt to taste.

Mix well, vigorously, circularly, until the composition is well bound and firm enough to be able to form hairs from it.

White roots (except celery) and carrots (finely chopped) put them in 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Cook just a little, enough to catch the colored oil from the carrot. It helps both the taste and the appearance of the soup.

Before the water starts to boil, soak your hands in cold water and take a little of the meatball composition, form balls and put them in the pot. A ball of meat should be about the size of a small walnut.

When the meatballs rose to the surface of the water and the water boiled, clean the foam formed.

Put the slice of celery now, whole, and take it out at the end.

Let it boil for about 10-15 minutes, then add the finely chopped onion and the diced peppers. Add a tablespoon of salt.

Check when all the vegetables are cooked. If you have chosen to straighten the soup with a little borscht, bring it to the boil and add it now. Boil for 5 minutes.

Add half the finely chopped greens.

Put the cream in a bowl. Take the hot soup and put it over the cream, gradually, bringing it to about the same temperature as the soup. Pour the cream into the soup, adjust the taste of salt and pepper and turn off the heat.

If you do not add the soup with borscht but with lemon juice, add it now, at the end.

Add the rest of the greens and let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes, then you can serve.
