Appetizer check

I hadn't made a cake out of it in a long time .... it's good hot but also cold and it goes to work to pack ... it's easy and fast

  • 6 eggs
  • 250gr flour
  • 50g finely chopped pressed ham
  • 150gr telemea rasa
  • 100gr grated cheese
  • 30gr parmesan
  • 70gr seedless olives cut into small pieces
  • 200ml milk
  • 1powder baking powder
  • 1 small red fat pepper
  • 1 smaller yellow fat pepper
  • salt to taste
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Put eggs with salt, pepper and milk in a bowl and beat well. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour with baking powder and mix gently until the composition is well blended. Gradually add the cheese, cheese and Parmesan and mix continuously. Add the ham and olives. then cut the peppers into small pieces.

Wallpaper a baking tray with baking paper and put the composition. Put it in the preheated oven, on low heat for about 45-60 minutes, until the cake is nicely browned. Check with a toothpick if it is baked inside. Let it cool and remove from the pan. It is easy and beautiful to cut when it is completely cold.
