Cooking bell pepper for the winter:

Step 1: Prepare the pepper.

Rinse the bell peppers and remove the seed core. The next step is to decide whether you will pickle the whole peppers or halves, or maybe even decide to cut the vegetables into small pieces. I usually cut the peppers into halves or quarters, so they look more appetizing on the table when serving.

Step 2: Prepare the seasonings.

Peel the garlic and finely chop.
Rinse the dill, cut the stems, leaving only the leaves. Grind them.

Step 3: Cook the pickled peppers.

Now proceed to the preparation of the marinade. Pour water into the pan, add sugar, salt, vinegar and vegetable oil. We wait until the marinade boils and gradually lay in it slices of pepper. It is necessary that all vegetables are covered with marinade and cooked in it 3-5 minutes.

Step 4: We preserve the workpiece.

While peppers are boiled in sterilized jars, we add dill, peppercorns and garlic to the bottom. After we lay out the slices of peppers from the pan using a slotted spoon, fold them tightly to each other and pour the marinade. We close the banks with lids and roll up. Then everything is as usual, turn the blanks upside down and wrap with a towel. Let us brew 15 hours, turn back and store in a cool, dark place.

Step 5: Serve canned bell peppers.

Serve the bell peppers as a separate appetizer, or as a side dish to the main hot.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- You can also add bay leaf to the marinade.

- The amount of sugar, vinegar and salt can vary depending on your tastes and preferences.

- It is not necessary to finely chop the garlic, large slices will also fit.

- Do not immediately fill the cans to the top, you need to evenly distribute the marinade.
