Cooking Chicken Meatball Soup:

Step 1: Cooking Meatballs.

Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with a paper towel and pass through a meat grinder to make minced chicken. Salt to taste and mix.

Peel both onions and rinse. Grind one piece through a meat grinder and also knead in minced meat. Cut the second into large or medium cubes and set aside for now.
From the minced chicken with onions, form balls by rolling them between your palms. Boil clean water in a large skillet. As soon as the water begins to boil, carefully, using a slotted spoon, lower the chicken meatballs into the pan, one after the other. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes. In the meantime, get involved in the preparation of vegetables.

Step 2: Prepare the carrots.

Rinse the carrots with a special brush for peeling vegetables and remove the skin. After crumble it in circles.

Step 3: Prepare the potatoes.

In the same way as carrots, peel and wash the potatoes. Cut it into large cubes.

Step 4: Cooking the Soup.

In a broth with chicken meatballs, add chopped carrots, onions and potatoes, salt and add fresh or dried herbs to taste. This soup needs to be boiled 30-40 minutes. Vegetables soften, and onions become almost transparent. When this happens, remove the pan from the stove and serve the chicken meatball soup to the table.

Step 5: Serve the chicken meatball soup.

Place chicken soup in separate deep plates and serve while the broth is hot. No additional sauces are usually required, but you can decorate each plate with a quarter or half boiled egg. Also offer pieces of fragrant black bread to the soup.
Enjoy your meal!

Recipe Tips:

- If you are not sure that peel and chop all the vegetables quickly, do it in advance, before starting cooking.

- It’s better for children to serve the soup in small plates, and make smaller chicken meatballs for them.

- If you cook this soup exclusively for adults, then you can add red pepper to it, and stew the vegetables before laying in the broth.
