Beach House Pompano
270 N. Pompano Beach Blvd., Pompano Beach

Beach House Pompano is set to host a swanky Etoile: A New Year’s Eve Red Carpet Gala, with showgirls, on the oceanfront, an experience that’s billed to mirror the Met Gala, with bottles poppin’ all night long. Tickets start at $150, including open bar and food stations (there will be crab legs) and the swankiness officially begins at 7 p.m.
Boca Raton Resort & Club
501 E. Camino Real, Boca Raton

Admission and parking are free, and your drink specials include $5 Ketel One and $7 Don Julio Blanco selections.
Hilton Palm Beach Airport
150 Australian Ave., West Palm Beach
For a third consecutive year, a little bit of Havana is landing in WPB for New Year’s Eve. DJ Debas and a TBA live band will provide the jams while hand-rolled cigars (made on site) and the most authentic of mojitos will be available for sale. Tickets are $100.
1421 E. Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale
Your NYE doesn’t have to be a drag. It can be full of drag at the drag-ilicious dining joint Lips in Fort Lauderdale. To ring in the New Year, the spot will host two dinner seatings and tantalizing shows, one at 7 p.m. ($45, including a three-course meal and show) and the other at 9:30 p.m. ($75, including a three-course meal, show, party favors and midnight champagne toast). Space is limited in the intimate venue and reservations are required, so don’t delay.
Palm Beach Zoo
1301 Summit Blvd., West Palm Beach
There’s another 12 o’clock on New Year’s Eve that goes under-celebrated: Noon! In a unique take on New Year’s Eve that’s totally kid-friendly (and perhaps optimal for people who hate staying up and being among the drunk zombies so late), Palm Beach Zoo is hosting its eighth annual Noon Year’s Eve. Kicking off at 9 a.m. and running through 2 p.m., this one culminates at the lunch hour with a special ball drop and sparkling gummy bear toast. There will be a dance party at the zoo's Fountain Plaza as well. This event is included with your regular admission to the zoo ($24.95 for adults and $18.95 for children 3-12).

The Wharf Fort Lauderdale
20 W. Las Olas Blvd., Fort Lauderdale
Your time is ticking big-time for access to what will surely be one of South Florida’s most raucous parties. The Wharf Fort Lauderdale has already established itself as a place-to-be-seen in recent weeks and NYE will be another great opportunity to show out. 8 E. Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach
If you’re looking for a little gambling action and don’t want to feel awful about losing to start the new year, there’s a casino night for a cause on tap in Delray Beach. Tin Roof — known for its regular Boy Band Brunch — is ringing in the new decade with a Las Vegas-style casino affair with live-action games, karaoke, drinks, food, and more. Tickets start at $30 and all proceeds benefit the local nonprofit Delray Citizens for Delray Police.

New Years Eve Party and Hotel package??
Does anyone have any info on Hotel Party packages?? All I can find are bar/restaurant parties.
The Westin has a $159 package for two that includes 2 First Night buttons, 4 pm checkout and breakfast discount. Not much of a package overall imo since it doesn't include at least a complimentary midnight or breakfast buffet or something of the like, but the Westin is quite nice.
The Holiday Inn Center City has a package that includes complimentary breakfast buffet and 2 pm checkout. If you're looking to stay within staggering distance of all the downtown barhopping action, HICC is a better choice than the Westin imo.
The Dunhill has a $269 package for two that includes 3-course dinner and champagne toast for two at Monticello, if you're looking for a romantic package.
I don't know if they have a package (I would imagine they do, though), but if you're looking for a funky, trendy party atmosphere within the hotel itself you might try contacting Aloft Charlotte Uptown Epicentre. They do have a package called "a-go-go getaway", which includes specialty infusion tasting for 2 at the wxyz bar and $20 credit at either wxyz or re:fuel cafe, that supposedly is valid on any date.
New Year's eve parties
Does anyone know a nice hotel that would be hosting a New Year's Eve celebration with dinner and dancing?
Possibly in these areas - New Haven, Southbury or Hartford
I believe the Southbury Hilton is having a combo dinner/dance/room package this year.
Hartford area "Crowne Plaza" used to do something similar (including First Night shuttle). I tried finding out if they were doing it this year, but customer service could not give me a straight answer.
As for New Haven, you could try booking a room at "The Omni" and make reservations at a reasturant nearby. But no local hotels are offering anything.
I did TONS of reaserch because I was looking for the same. I wound up making room/dinner reservations in Mystic, and we'll take the free shuttle to Mohegan.
Thanks for that post. My wife and I were also looking for a New Year's Party with dinner and dancing, somewhere in the Greater Hartford area, but couldn't find anything. Except for "First Night" which is more a family, casual, outdoor thing, most of the parties seem to be at the major hotels in Boston and New York (at some rather absurd prices. $95 a head for hors d'ouevres and dancing. ). I'll check on the Crowne Plaza in Hartford, but I don't think any hotel in the city is having a separate function. If you find anything, let me know, and vice-versa. Thanks

On the night of December 31, Houston will be swarming with New Year's Eve parties. Here's a rundown of festive gatherings, which include a bubbly hotel party, David Bowie tributes, and tiki fun.
Stay safe — and feel free to party hop and plan your night and your ride sharing.
Belvedere Uptown Park
Courvoisier will present this party, which will have a band on the heated patio and the world-famous DJ Lowdown heating up the upscale lounge. And don't forget about the midnight toast, complete with party favors. 9 pm.
It seems this watering hole is throwing a "Beenies and Bikinis New Year's Eve Party," as people are advised to show up in their swimwear gear since this place will also have hot tubs to lounge in. There will also be $2 Tecate and margaritas and a champagne toast at midnight. 7 pm.
El Big Bad
This spot will be doing its fifth-annual NYE party as part of a neighborhood block party, taking place in downtown Houston’s entertainment district. Come by and have their Unicorn Margarita, made by combining fresh squeezed limes, lemons, agave nectar and 100 percent Blue Weber Tequila and then dropping in a split of Korbel champagne. 8 pm.
Ring in the New Year by taking it back all the way to the 1980s with this party. DJ Rice Cube will be spinning all the Reagan-era jams in a special, mega-mix style. If you wanna show up wearing leg warmers, Gloria Vanderbilt jeans, or that jacket Michael Jackson wore in the 'Beat It" video — well, that's up to you. 9 pm.
Head over to River Oaks and celebrate New Year's Eve at this location, which has five different venues. The built-in sound system ensures you’ll hear the live DJs' mix of year-ending hits and bangers loud and clear. A full dinner buffet will be ready to serve, and the bar will be open. 8 pm.
Four Seasons Houston
The swanky hotel will host a bubbly party sponsored by Moet & Chandon. Guests are invited to gather in the lobby of "Houston's Living Room" for a complimentary midnight toast, live DJ, music, food and drink specials (including craft cocktails), and specially priced bottles of Moët Imperial Brut for $110. 8 pm.
House of Blues Houston
'Lectric Eye, Houston's premier, David Bowie tribute band, will get in on the NYE shenanigans with a night of glam-rock music. These cats will be performing everything by the British legend, from his Ziggy Stardust days to his Thin White Duke era, right up to when we get to a brand new year. 8 pm.
Lei Low Bar
This spot will be having a "Nectar of the Gods" NYE party, where it will also be paying tribute to beloved, Los Angeles tiki bar Tiki Ti. There will also be a special menu paying tribute to Ray Buhen, the original god of tropical drinks. There is no cover and no reservations, but aloha attire is definitely recommended. 8 pm.
This new, cleverly named Midtown venue will have savory complimentary bites from the scratch kitchen and cocktails specially concocted for the occasion. Right before the clock strikes midnight, join in an exciting, live-video wall countdown complete with a complimentary champagne toast, a huge balloon drop, and confetti cannons. 8 pm.
For an elegant, classic New Year's Eve party, head to The Houstonian for dinner at the upscale restaurant, TRIBUTE. Here you'll find them serving up Pol Roger Brut Reserve Non-Vintage Champagne, a hotel favorite that was also served at the reception following the wedding of His Royal Highness Prince Harry of Wales to Ms. Meghan Markle last year. Dine on specialty items including roasted Maine lobster, grilled Wagyu New York strip, and tri-layer vanilla vodka panna cotta.
The Westin at the Woodlands
The dress code is 1920s cocktail attire for this Roaring '20s extravaganza, complete with live music, small plates, a seafood bar, and a champagne toast at midnight. Start the night in Sorriso Italian Kitchen with bites and pairings, then head upstairs to Como Social Club for rooftop views of the Waterway and a cash bar to welcome in the New Year. 9 pm.
