Corn Rice Soup

Ingredients for Making Rice Soup with Corn

For 2 liters of water:

  1. Potato 350 g
  2. Rice 80 g.
  3. Canned corn 1 b.
  4. Chicken fillet 250 g.
  5. Greens a few twigs.
  6. Salt ½ tbsp. l
  • Main Ingredients: Potato, Corn, Chicken, Rice

Making Rice Soup with Corn:

Pour water into a pan, bring to a boil.

Cut the chicken fillet into a cube, send into boiling water, cook for 15 minutes. Cook the broth over low heat, so the broth will be transparent, if necessary remove foam.

In a saucepan, pour the rice with water, cook until tender, about 20 minutes.

While the rice is being cooked, peel the potatoes into cubes and send to the pot in the broth. Cook the potatoes until tender, then salt the soup.

Pour rice into a colander, rinse with boiling water, drain to water.

When the potatoes are ready, add rice and corn, first drain the liquid from the corn. Cook the soup for 2 minutes, try on salt, if necessary, add salt. Insist soup for 2 minutes.

Chop greens.

Pour into plates, sprinkle with herbs and serve. Good appetite!
