Chicken skewers


I love summer when I go grilling with friends or when they come to me. I actually love to make barbecue dishes. I like to be in nature, not to be the noise of cars, to eat in the open air and most of all I adore that flavor offered by smoke. I made the right ones on the electric grill but they tasted almost the same.

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 large donut
  • 7-8 small onions
  • 200 g mushroom mushrooms
  • 5-6-7 skewer sticks (depending on size)
  • 100 m olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • half a teaspoon of rosemary powder
  • chopped hot peppers (I use a lot)

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken skewers:

Cut the breast into 2 cm cubes, cut the onion in half and the donut into 2 cm cubes. We wash the mushrooms and do not clean the skin. A lot of people clean them but they don't have to, especially if they are fresh. And we put them on the skewer. I have a fixed order, there must be a piece of meat between the onion and the donut.

I prepare a kind of sauce from oil, salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary powder and ground pepper with which I grease the skewers and leave them to marinate for at least 2 hours in the cold.

Place on the grill and serve hot.
