Put the soft butter together with the powdered sugar in the bowl of the mixer.
Stir, first at low speed, then at higher speed until completely homogenous.
Turn off the mixer and add the salt powder, the two eggs and the essences (vanilla and lemon). Homogenize again, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.
Add the flour and incorporate it into the butter cream, mixing until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough.
With the obtained dough we fill the spirit for cookies and we sprit various forms that we will bake in the oven, on baking paper, about 15 minutes at 175 degrees.
Melt the household chocolate in the microwave or on the flame. If necessary, add a tablespoon of liquid cream.
Soak the cookies in half in melted chocolate, place them on a grill and immediately sprinkle with coconut or other decorative ornaments.
Leave on the grill until the chocolate icing dries.
