Cucumbers in vinegar

Boil the water with the 5 tablespoons of salt, let it cool and then add it over the washed cucumbers (I put in a bowl)

We cover the basin and leave it until 2 days (if we put water on the cucumbers at 8 o'clock until 8 o'clock the next day we don't go to them)

We wash cucumbers in brine (the same water they were in)

Place in jars (barrels) in which I added garlic, celery and dill, carrot slices.

Meanwhile, boil water (enough to cover cucumbers, about 5-8 kg of water) in a saucepan, adding 1 tablespoon of salt and sugar to 1 kg of water.

When the water has cooled, add the vinegar and pour over the cucumbers.

Add peppercorns, dill on top and seal the jars,

Put the jars in a pot with enough water to cover the jars and boil for about 15 minutes,

We take out the jars, cover them with a blanket and let them cool for up to 2 days,
