Mushrooms stuffed with cottage cheese

Ingredients for making cottage cheese stuffed champignons

  1. Large champignons 700 g
  2. Curd 300 g
  3. Egg 1 pc.
  4. Yolk 1 pc.
  5. Dill 1 bunch.
  6. Vegetable oil. taste
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking mushrooms stuffed with cottage cheese:

Peel the champignons, remove the leg and scrape the plates with a spoon.

Finely chop the legs.

Fry in oil with plates.

Pour a little water into the pan, put the mushroom caps on, cover and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Take out the caps, allow to cool.

Chop dill.

Add the egg to the curd,

Salt, ground pepper, dill, fried legs and mix everything.

Stuff the hats with filling, put in a greased, heat-resistant form, grease with yolk.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees, until golden brown, about 25 minutes.

Garnish the dish with lettuce, put the mushrooms, garnish with herbs and serve. Enjoy your meal!
