Peanut chicken is a delicious recipe and very easy to prepare, if you mobilize well you can finish in about 30 minutes a delicious meal for 4 people.
- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1-2 onions (depending on their size)
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes in broth
- a small bag of salted hazelnuts (peel)
- oil for frying chicken
- optional spices: pepper, chili, hot / sweet paprika
- 1 cup of long grain rice

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Chicken with hazelnuts:
We put the rice in the water so that it boils faster. Finely chop the chicken and fry in oil. For a more special taste we can put in oil a clove of garlic cut in half. Drain the excess oil, leave about a tablespoon, add finely chopped onion and fry with chicken for 2-3 minutes, then canned tomatoes. Let everything boil covered for 5-7 minutes on low heat, season to taste. We like it more spicy and we use a lot of chili. Meanwhile, boil the rice with salt (for a more special taste you can add a little butter)
At the end, when the fire goes out, add the peeled hazelnuts.
